What Does Your Hotel Need?
As the first step in our service, we conduct a customer needs analysis at your hotel, studying the space arrangements in the rooms, your customer structure and your specific needs. We identify the best possible bed for your customers and determine any accessories your business might need.
We manufacture all our beds based on a hotel-specific customer analysis. This way we can help you best meet the specific needs of your customers. Based on the analysis, we can create individualized beds for each floor or even each room.
Once a bed is finished, we deliver and install the products at a time convenient for you. We manufacture the beds in-house in Finland, so a fast delivery is guaranteed.

Bedding
High-quality bedding gives the final touch for your bed, ensuring unforgettable sleeping comfort.
All UnikHotel bedding is made of fire-safe SL1 materials that withstand frequent washing and varied use. Tested by the VTT, these textiles are safe to use and their fire-resistant materials release no harmful chemicals to interior air.
Pillows and Pillow Covers
No pillow is complete without a cover. With our covers, your pillows require significantly less washing – the cover is easy to remove and wash while allowing the filling to breathe.
The desired comfort level will determine the choice of filling. Down pillows give an air of luxury to the room while fibre is your go-to solution for easy maintenance and cost-efficiency. Not only do we offer many choices of filling, the various size options available in our collection satisfy your every pillow need.
Duvets
Like with our pillows, duvet filling options include down and fibre, whichever better suits your hotel's needs. To really make the room stand out, combine different options.

A top mattress protector makes your bed easier to maintain while offering it good protection. Safety
More and more customers consider safety when selecting a hotel. The Ministry of the Interior has issued directions on the fire safety of furnishing for public spaces. It divides textiles into three ignitability categories based on ignition potential and fire-spreading characteristics:
Difficult to ignite SL1 (not ignited by flame)
Normally ignitable SL2 (not ignited by cigarette)
Highly ignitable SL
Hotel owners / businesses are obligated to familiarize themselves with current fire safety standards and ensure that the materials used in their hotel are up to code. Hotel Beds and bed textiles require category SL1 materials.
